Payment Options
Payment Options
We have made and will continue to make every effort to keep down the cost of your dental care. Our policy is to request payment at the time of your dental treatment. We try to avoid sending statements, because the cost of paperwork, postage and manpower affects our fees.
We do our best to adjust to our patient’s requirements in planning for the investment in superior dental health. We will work with you to arrange a treatment plan that fits your timetable and budget. We will be happy to discuss every procedure and fee before we start. Additionally, several payment methods are acceptable. Please talk to one of our staff if you have any questions.
Insurance
As a convenience to you, we are happy to cooperate with you and your insurance company to help you receive the
maximum benefits available under your policy. We do ask that you provide us with a signed dental claim form.
We ask our patients with insurance to pay their deductible plus any co-payment due at the time of their treatment. No
insurance company attempts to cover all dental costs. Some companies pay fixed allowances for certain procedures
and others pay a percentage of the charge. Please understand that your insurance is a contract between you and the
insurance company. It is your responsibility to pay any balance not paid for by your insurance company.
It usually takes three to six weeks for benefits to be paid. If after 60 days the insurance company has not paid, we ask
the patient to pay the balance of their account. We will continue to seek settlement from your insurance company for
a reasonable period of time. It may be necessary for the patient to contact their insurance company to expedite
payment.
